Sunday Post -Shop Pictures

Been a busy time for ol John in my little shop. Im posting images of parts I knocked out in the last few days. Glad to be busy in these times we live in. Not going to retire anytime soon unless something big happen's .
You see in the images of the bars ,  I have posted these before to show what we build. These can be ordered in any height or width , finish , the list goes on of options . Will build a set for any bike. If you notice in one of the images there is a bar with a simple bend. It is black and laying on a parts book. Well , this is the bar Harley builds for there models they call  " Blackline " I am in the process of introducing my own line of "Duke" handlebars to fit the Blackline.  Those bars are different than anything Harley has done before. Should have some ready to show off in 2 weeks. If you own a Blackline model , I will make you pretty much anything you want.
Here's my bread and butter axleplates . this last week was kick ass on moving these sweet little numbers.  These on the table are in the process of being machined and sent to Fat Bob's Used Harley Parts to move at Davenport ,  Iowa Antique Swap Meet Sept. 1-2-3-4th . Bob has just about anything you could want for the older stuff. Give him a call  , when you do , tell him hi for me. Anyways , like I was saying , Bob sets his tent up every year in Davenport and is a gold mine of information. Bob's # 815-282-8114 . Can't Thank him enought. He pushes my parts in a part of the country I just don't seem able to get to . For you guys that don't know about my cast axleplates . I have them in mild steel or stainless steel . The stainless steel axleplates can be used on a frame with mild steel tubing if you use stainless rod to weld with. These look great when polished and the tubes are painted .
Just got a few more Axleplate Belt Buckles  from Jim's foundry . Never have many of these on hand so if you want one of these . I think I still have 3 left. They go for $80 and $5 shipping in the US . Will fit a regular 1-1/2 " belt . They are 4 " long and 3 " tall at the tallest point .
Here is  one half of a Blackline handle bar. Stay tuned and watch what I do to improve on this design. That's about all I have  for today. Just some shots of parts. Talk a little shit and saying Thanks to all the guys and gal's that help to keep my doors open .  Big , Big Thanks to Fab Kevin . You are the King Of Hardtailing's them shovel frames . Check him out  at  www. fabkevin.com .
Send questions or comments my way. We try to do it all , and  love a  challenge .  "if your coastin , your goin down hill " jg
